Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any supplements (microdose capsules, chocolates, etc.). If you have an issue with your supplement, please contact us at


We have an 18-day return policy for our merchandise, which means you have 18 days after your item has shipped to request a return through Returns will only be accepted if your clothing item is in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 

There is a shipping & handling fee of $9.95 for all returns. This will be deducted from your refund.

There is also an 18-day window to request an exchange for your purchase. There is a shipping & handling fee of $9.95 for all exchanges. 

Store Credit
Customers have 30 days to request a return for store credit!

Return Process
Returns can be started by emailing with subject “return order# (your order#)” with the reason for your return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (we can look this up with your name or payment information).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
